What do your employers want from you? Surely, you have graduated with a highest degree and your academics are above average. But is this enough? What employers are looking for is demonstration of skills; in specific, the general skills used in a wide range of jobs. So before you go to your next job interview, assess or make a list of your skils first. Here are some ides that might be helpful.

  • working by yourself;
  • scheduling of time successfully;
  • working under stress and to deadlines;
  • considering originally and imaginatively;
  • taking the initiative;
  • speak about ideas and thoughts verbally and in writing;
  • becoming accustomed to diverse circumstances;
