Gone are the days when job security was the prime concern of the people. Gone are the days when the first job the person gets will be his/her job until he/she retires.
Today job hunting on the dailies or on the internet is valued at 5 for a dime and it is actually possible that these people job hunt 10 times or more in his or her entire career span. Saddening? Not really.
Although a person’s job security is at stake here, there’s something good in the said scenario. People can get their skills assessed and reassessed by the companies they’re applying for. If your career gets stagnant for a long time, chances are, your skills might get dull (not to mention your brain getting crystallized!).
