Ask him open-ended practical questions that would make the applicant point out his skills or traits. Avoid asking questions which might have formulated answers from job sites. Even though you are in reality exhausted of searching for a job and is already frenzied to get the job, don’t inform your interviewers about it. Employers would like to witness  people who are thorough by telling them as regards your long job hunting process. Rather than dwelling on this thing, set all your energies on the optimistic aspects of your existing job or what you have been doing even as you don’t have a job. You ought to by all means never let somebody see that you are not in demand. Let your interviewers know how pleased you are in your present job, and that the only enthusiasm why you submitted a resume for this position is because you fit the job description so impeccably.
